panic anxiety attack symptoms

It's strange that when people get diagnosed as a panic attack
sufferer, many feel that the diagnosis is wrong.

After all, panic attacks affect the weak, the neurotic and those who
want to hide away from the world. It's not for them!

The phrase "panic anxiety attack symptoms" is one that makes them
feel almost as if they're a weakling - not able to stand up to the
pressures of normal life.

Of course, nothing could be further from the truth. panic attack
sufferers will tell you that when you're gripped by uncontrollable
feelings of fear, which come on within a few short minutes, you are
indeed unweel. And far from being a wekling you are just a normal
person who has an illness - just the same as when you break a leg - you
just have an issue to deal with.

There are many excellent treatments now for all sufferers of panic anxiety
attack symptoms
and I'll be covering these in later posts..
